3D printed seatcowl

Picked up my 3d print of the seatcowl and it looks better the expected. It was printed without supporting structure. A little deformation has happened as the print cooled down but it’s minimal. The size is also very accurate. Taping it to my frame gives an idea of what the model will look like.

To do;

  • make and solder mounting studs
  • clean the seat
  • make the seat smooth with sprayputty and sanding
  • sand the frame
  • mount frame and seatcowl together
  • spraypaint the complete model
